MBSE Con will challenge us to think in innovative ways about how to solve complex system problems. Before tackling these insightful and intellectual discussions, let’s take some time to prepare by doing some gentle, chair yoga stretches and guided breathing exercises (no experience required). Come to have fun with your fellow MBSE enthusiasts while completing some out-of-the box exercises before the conference kicks off. The session will last for 30 minutes and be led by certified yoga instructor/ life coach, scrum master and MBSE instructor Amanda Winters; founder of Infinite Outcomes Inc, and developer of Vestibular Yoga Training.
